The full-size frame has been split in to four pieces that are joined back together with dovetail joints.  I have printed in PLA and PETG with no noticeable different in quality\/function.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe pictures are dry fit, so there are some small gaps still. I plan on securing them permanently with black JB Weld [1]. This will secure the pieces and mostly fill the visible gaps.
