It has a 5mm bezel built around the front (7.5mm if you count the 2.5mm outer wall). After I built it, I realized that I could also print 200x200 light box scenes, and swap them out over time, re-using the same frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI've included several different parts, so you have options. Each option is a separate print profile to reduce confusion. The STL files are also individually included under Raw Model Files. You only need one front and one back. I put the holes in the side of the front frame, so the box can be hung flush against a wall. The switch hole is 8.2mm x 13.5mm. The DC power jack hole is 8mm. The materials I use for this are listed below.
