The Open Stick Modular (OSM) is a continuation of the original Open Stick Case design to allow for greater flexibility and customization of individual parts while reducing the chances of print failures on the main frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003ePrinting and Construction:\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis project is now complete and I have printed and checked the final version of each file. If there are improvements made and those files will be posted when I make them.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePlease note that I am not taking on requests for other layouts at this time. The STLs and STEP files have been posted so you can be easily edited in TinkerCAD or Fusion360 (or the program of your choice).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis case was printed on a Bambu Labs X1C and P1S printer with the following changes to settings:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e3 outer walls (Bambu Lab - 3 Wall loops)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHex infill\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e15% infill\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003ePlease note that only one part needs supports printed, the OSM - Front Middle Bracket. All other parts can be printed without supports.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou should be able to print this entire stick with under 1kg of filament \/ 1 normal roll. All necessary parts added up on my end was about 750g with default settings however your slicer and settings may change this number. With some modified settings it is easy to reach 900g or more.
