My students are older so its not a big issue for me. Increase the wall count if you need to.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eI was testing on an X2D with a second nozzle so you'll see a few that take advantage of that set up\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe testing of the bulk profiles was done on the X2D and I did watch the first layers as adhesion is critical for bulk printing of flexi's\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBeware sizing down and the impact on the joints. This is one of the reasons I did not boolean the cutters, it was deliberate to allow you to increase the cutter back up to a decent strength if you do size down the main model to prevent them being too fragile.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSingle colour and flush versions look awesome particularly if you use a chrome paint marker for the eyes. It saves a lot on filament if you are working on a single nozzle printer and allows for variety.
