For this reason, it \u003cstrong\u003eworks best when printed in PLA\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMaterials that are too hard (like PPA) or too soft (like TPU) may not provide the desired damping effect. I personally printed these using eSun PLA+.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eInstallation \u0026amp; Quantity\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou will need to print a total of \u003cstrong\u003efive (5)\u003c\/strong\u003e feet.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFour (4)\u003c\/strong\u003e feet are used to surround the printer's original rubber feet. The hole in the model is designed to fit over them(No need to remove the original feet!).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eOne (1)\u003c\/strong\u003e foot should be placed at the middle bottom of the A1's frame for central support.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003ch4\u003eNotes \u0026amp; Disclaimer\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eAMS on Top:\u003c\/strong\u003e I have \u003cstrong\u003enot\u003c\/strong\u003e personally tested this design with the AMS unit mounted on top of the A1. This configuration significantly increases the machine's total weight.
