These sizes were kind of necessary to keep the ball raceways strong. TBH, this bearing surprised me with how well it spun, it is very freewheeling! I think the heavier everything is though, the better it will spin and more durable it will be.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAssembly:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSet both pieces flat on a tabletop. Place the inner ring inside of the outer ring.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOffset the inner race all the way to one side then drop all (8) balls into place.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMove the inner race to be concentric with the outer race then position the balls equally around the raceway.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePlace the ball cage over the balls to hold them in place. You may need to adjust the balls positioning slightly to get them into their positions.
