PLA is not best around the hot end ;) \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSlide the piece onto the hot end top and lock in place by sliding the screws in.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNow heat up the hot end to a healthy temp like 250c.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen it's hot wait an extra 5min for the heat break and the top fins to get to temperature. if that's cold it won't work.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThen use the smaller key included with your X1 in the top of the De-clogger and apply pressure holding it like a syringe, mine was quite stuck so it took a good bit but then it went in all the way! \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eReassemble everything and run a couple load\/unload to make sure and clean up the inside. You could even do a cold pull with it still on if you want :) \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI hope it works for you too, would be nice if Bambulab or someone else was to make this in metal ;)\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUpdate: \u003c\/strong\u003eI added more clearance for the wires when mounted and I've improved the print bed adhesion\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUpdate #2: \u003c\/strong\u003eAdded new files of the V7, it is a shorter version with more clearances all around and better fit.
