Especially if you are printing multi-colours. It gets smacked left-right by a hardened steel nozzle. The PTFE tube gets scarred very quickly, making the wiping less efficient. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eInstead of throwing away after replacing it with one of the spares. You can straighten it up and replace the PTFE tube. The length needed is around 11.7 - 11.8mm.
