The model used is based on the sign in the original Beetlejuice movie but the wording has been changed from Betelgeuse to Beetlejuice. I use super glue and an activator spray, but i am very careful to watch how much super glue i put on it, if there is too much then it can dribble over the edges and when it dries it will cause a white mark.
