Each screen prints in about an hour on my settings, with no supports, brims, etc. needed. I printed mine from PETG with 0.48 layers on a 0.6 nozzle. I probably would have gone with PLA if I had any handy. I think the stiffness of PLA (and a bit better dimensional accuracy, at least with my machine\/settings) would probably be good for longevity with the bolts beating against the interior.
