In a rush, I quickly printed off the first and only knob I found and used that temporarily. Alas, I found myself dissatisfied with the feel of the imposter knob and attempted to repair the old one. With that not working, I investigated the construction of the original, discovering that it was simply a metal ring glued to a plastic core with a sticker on top.
