However my shelf was deep enough to accomodate 2 rows and I needed an easy way to move the front sections of the wine Rack, mine are 4 Low and 4 high rown and 4 high. For the wheels of every cart I used basic 2x 608 bearings, as an axel 8mm screws with a bolt to secure the axle. Having so many wheels on the rack actually makes it also possible to turn and orient the Rack section as needed.
