I recommend using a small hammer or mallet to gently tap them into place. They are not really meant to be pushed in fully by hand. Once they are seated, the fit looks very clean.\u003cbr\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFor the labels, I used 12x40 mm label stickers, like the ones used with label makers such as the Phomemo D30 or NIIMBOT D11. \u003cbr\u003eI personally use the Phomemo D30. I designed the labels directly in the phone app, so I can’t share the label design file, but it should be pretty easy to copy the layout from the photos or make your own version.\u003cbr\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI made this mostly because I wanted a compact, reusable chess puzzle set that felt nice on the table and didn’t waste extra filament on duplicate pieces.
