The only modification needed is \u003cstrong\u003esoldering the thermistor wire\u003c\/strong\u003e to the toolhead board, as the plug doesn’t fit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo improve cooling, I designed a \u003cstrong\u003efan shroud for a 4020 radial fan\u003c\/strong\u003e, since the stock shroud sits too high after the upgrade. The design requires \u003cstrong\u003esupports\u003c\/strong\u003e and isn’t fully optimized yet, but it works well. I recommend printing it in \u003cstrong\u003ePETG\u003c\/strong\u003e for durability.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePerformance \u0026amp; Klipper Recommendation\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTested with \u003cstrong\u003eKlipper\u003c\/strong\u003e, reaching speeds of \u003cstrong\u003e200+ mm\/s\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAt \u003cstrong\u003e~250 mm\/s\u003c\/strong\u003e, the Sprite extruder starts skipping steps.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eKlipper is highly recommended\u003c\/strong\u003e to get the most out of this upgrade.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAdditional Notes\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eCR-Touch Adjustment:\u003c\/strong\u003e Needs to be lowered by \u003cstrong\u003e8.75–9 mm\u003c\/strong\u003e.
