From then on, I came up with this design which I am very pleased with.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI also made a simple stand which, should be able to hold the cable organizers.\u003cbr\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow to make your own cable organizer…\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNote:\u003c\/strong\u003e To make your own cable organizer you will need Fusion360 or to use the customizer (continue reading).\u003cbr\u003e\u003ca target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer ugc\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/personal\"\u003eFusion360 is available for free on Autodesk.com (for personal use only).\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSince almost all cables are different, you need to do a bit of measuring of your cable.\u003cbr\u003eYou need to measure the following:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe thickness of your cable in mm.\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eI did this by using a caliper and taking numerous measurements to correct any possible errors.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe length of the cable in mm.\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBe sure to measure only the cable length \u003cstrong\u003ewithout\u003c\/strong\u003e the end plugs\/connectors (as shown in the image below).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eKeep in mind, that it is better to measure the cable too short than a little too long!\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg class=\"image_resized\" style=\"width: 82.35%\" src=\"https:\/\/makerworld.bblmw.com\/makerworld\/model\/DSM00000000992630\/design\/36ed3507-ad9a-4864-b954-9c7655d7822a.jpg\"\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen you got the cable thickness and the cable length, you need to open the uploaded Fusion360 file and in the top menu choose Modify → Change parameters. Now a new window with parameters should pop up, in which you can enter the desired cable length and thickness (see the image below). The models should update automatically.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIf you do not have access to a Fusion360 account or do not know how to operate Fusion360, feel free to reach out to me. It is also possible to use the “Customize” button at the top. To do this please follow:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClick the “Customize” button under files on this page.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eChoose what file you want to customize (see sizes below).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIn the customizer, insert the cable dimensions as mentioned above.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClick generate and then download as STL.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOpen this STL in Bambu Studio (or possibly any other modern slicer).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRight-click the model and choose “Split → To objects”.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNow, delete all of the organizers that you do not need.
