Fingertip Clawed Hand for Dummy 13

Added some pointy (maybe too pointy) claws to Dummy 13's “Claw” pose. Intended for a D&D Leonin but good for any clawed character. 

Note 1: might require a trim at 100% for your fingers' sake. 

Note 2: some stringing between claws is expected with PETG.
