The smaller holder worked great for headphones such as the Sony WH1000-XM3s, but larger straps on models like the Sennheiser HD58Xs kept falling off and needed the larger lip.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI printed screws and headphone hook printed with a 0.1mm layer height (to improve the threads), and the bracket with a 0.2mm layer height. Add dab of superglue to the screws, and don't over-tighten or the heads may come off.
