It is designed around a #6 sheet metal screw that I had already, which has a 6mm diameter head and a 3.5mm width thread. It's basically just a normal pan head screw like what might come with a small drywall anchor, not a countersink screw.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo install just leave the screw sticking out from the wall a couple turns and slide the mount hole on the back over the screw and pull down on the hanger with moderate force.
