You can find a lot of hinges on Thingiverse designed to be fully printed and print in place but when trying some of them i found out they were too weak for my application. I designed this simple hinge to use a 2.5 mm metal wire as pivot and be more resistant. The printing orientation is critical to maximize the strength of the part. I recommend printing it in standing position with 5 wall layers like shown in the illustration.\u003cbr\u003eTo assemble the part you can use a hammer to slightly flatten one extremity of your wire. Then push the pivot into position and cut it with a plier.
