For good threads, thinner layers are recommended. Particularly to get good holes at the top of the sphere a height modifier for layer height of 0.12 is recommended for this section if the rest of the model is 0.16 mm layer height. If you haven’t shrink-corrected your ASA printing profiles, you may need to enlarge the model to ~100.7%.
