The first set of plates are the \u003ci\u003e\u003cu\u003einitial layer flow ratio\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/i\u003e and the second set are the \u003ci\u003e\u003cu\u003etop surface flow ratio\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/i\u003e. There are plates (STUBBORN) for filaments that the MINOR plates aren't enough for.
