I give you, TailS MeDiA's iPad Repair Stand Laptop V2!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe start with a big almost vertical side to hold up the digitizer after you open it.  Using the notch at the bottom to make sure the digitizer sites right by the swinging arm that will hold it in place.  you are then free to remove the 4 lcd screws and lift the lcd ontol the removable lcd arm so you can access the motherboard and plates with both hands free!  It also helps in assembly so you can add tessa tape or your favorite adhesive around the edge without having to pro up the digitizer.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen you are all done, you can unlatch the digitizer and close up the ipad.
