You can also stick a pen spring in the bottom of the latching piece so that it springs up when the lock is turned.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI designed this lock for my kids because they wanted to play with locks, but they could never remember the correct key orientation or which key to use. This lock allows them to use any key, regardless of the orientation or the direction they approach the lock from.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis lock will need to be glued in place. Just be sure to keep the glue from any of the moving mechanisms.
