{"product_id":"learnica-a6-a5-independent-work-boards","title":"Learnica A6\/A5 independent work boards","description":"\u003cp\u003eSome teachers I know were a bit tired with the price of commercialy available alternatives so here is my design for \u003cstrong\u003eindependent work boards for children\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003cbr\u003eI created two versions:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eone for \u003cstrong\u003eA6 sheets\u003c\/strong\u003e, compatible with \u003cstrong\u003eall Bambu printers (180mm longest side of the board)\u003c\/strong\u003e,\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eand one for \u003cstrong\u003eA5 sheets\u003c\/strong\u003e, compatible from the \u003cstrong\u003eBambu A1\u003c\/strong\u003e model and above (242mm longest side of the board).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003eEach board includes \u003cstrong\u003e8 answer lines\u003c\/strong\u003e on the right side and \u003cstrong\u003e8 storage slots\u003c\/strong\u003e along the bottom.\u003cbr\u003eEach print profile contains \u003cstrong\u003e1 main board\u003c\/strong\u003e and 8\u003cstrong\u003e pins\u003c\/strong\u003e. The 8 pins are are made unique on the board by having 4 different colors and for each color one with a black dot and one without :\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cfigure class=\"image image_resized\" style=\"width: 35.35%\"\u003e\u003cimg src=\"https:\/\/makerworld.bblmw.com\/makerworld\/model\/DSM00000001945726\/design\/2025-11-01_486e13c84868f.png\"\u003e\u003c\/figure\u003e\u003cp\u003eMake sure your \u003cstrong\u003efilament is well-dried before printing\u003c\/strong\u003e the pins, and that the \u003cstrong\u003eflow rate is properly calibrated\u003c\/strong\u003e to ensure sufficient strength.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eBoard printing temperature:\u003c\/strong\u003e 210 °C (to handle overhangs properly).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003ePin printing temperature:\u003c\/strong\u003e 220 °C (for better durability).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe pins are assembled by \u003cstrong\u003epressing them together\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOnce the pins are securely fitted together, you can use \u003cstrong\u003epliers\u003c\/strong\u003e to lock them.\u003cbr\u003e⚠️ \u003cstrong\u003eBe careful\u003c\/strong\u003e not to press at an angle, as this may break a pin.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cfigure class=\"image image_resized\" style=\"width: 30.88%\"\u003e\u003cimg src=\"https:\/\/makerworld.bblmw.com\/makerworld\/model\/DSM00000001945726\/design\/2025-11-01_140d8cfa1f3a7.png\"\u003e\u003c\/figure\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo insert the pins into the rail, \u003cstrong\u003eslightly bend the board at the rail (right side)\u003c\/strong\u003e to create enough space for the thinner part of the pin to slide in. Repeat this for all 8 pins — your board is now ready to use!
