Cut and soak pieces of paper in water, blend them into a pulp with an immersion blender, and add a few tablespoons of white glue and mix again. Spread the pulp over the smooth mold and press the perforated mold onto it. Then, in a tub, turn the perforated piece down and press both molds with your full weight to remove as much water as possible. Carefully separate the two molds and let the paper dry.
