I altered the pieces to allow the magnets to insert.  I designed the travel board set around his chess pieces. so this is still an original design by me.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eObviously print the chess pieces and tiles in 2 different prints with opposite color profiles. I went with traditional white and black.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMagnets will fit tight in the board, i used a small hammer to force them in.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAfter magnets are set, add each tile with a small drop of glue. (takes time and patience, i know).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe hinged lid has tabs to help with alignment. Again , add a small drop of glue along edges.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMagnets will also fit tight in the chess pieces. no glue is needed.
