The side cutout can be enabled on one side, both sides, or disabled completely. The position and size of the opening are customizable. Note the \u003ci\u003e\"side_cutout_top_margin\"\u003c\/i\u003e and \u003ci\u003e\"side_cutout_bottom_margin\"\u003c\/i\u003e starts where the \u003ci\u003e\"front_opening_top_bottom_margin\"\u003c\/i\u003e ends.
