I've printed bins designed by others in the past, but even then, only certain sizes are available.

This is a from-scratch parametric implementation. Make any size you need!

Parameters:

bin_width: Outer width of bin in multiples of 40mm. 40mm is the center-to-center distance of the hole grid in the left-right direction.

bin_depth: Outer depth of bin in multiples of 55mm. 55mm is the center-to-center distance of the hole grid in the front-back direction.

width_divisions: Divide the bin into this many sub-sections in the left-right direction.

depth_divisions: Divide the bin into this many sub-sections in the front-back direction.

solid_bin: Enable this if you want to export a solid bin to work in another program, to make custom cutouts for example.

dividers_full_height: Enabled by default. Make the dividers extend all the way to the top of the bin, including the rim height. This gives a tighter fit, which stops smaller parts from migrating to different sections within a bin. Disabling this stops the dividers before the rim. Disable if the dividers fall in positions where they interfere with the locating features on the organizer lid.

Printing:

The default print profile uses standard supports, with 0 Z gap, and an interface layer of PETG, while printing the bin itself in PLA. This provides a very nice finish on the underside, supports break away cleanly, and is trivial to do with the AMS.

I also tested these with PLA support interface on a PLA print too. You'll want to reset the Z gap to 0.2mm, and the supports will be considerably more difficult to remove. If you play with the interface pattern and spacing, you can probably make this easier. Please upload a print profile if you do.

Notes:

Because of how the legs are generated, extra semi-circular legs are generated along the sides of any bin larger than 1x1. I left this in, since it provides more support when a bin is outside the case, especially for larger bins. This area would have to be filled with 3d print support material anyway, so may as well keep the extra legs.

The feet calculations are based on the hole pattern at the bottom of the case, so these extra feet should never interfere.

Remember that the front left and right corners of each organizer are a special case where the coordinate system is rotated 90 degrees.
