If I were to do it again, I'd use 3% Gyroid on the 'O's as well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor those interested in material use per letter (assuming 3% infill etc mentioned above):\u003cbr\u003eRounded 'P' - 97g - 32.63m\u003cbr\u003eSquare 'P' - 100g - 33.51m\u003cbr\u003e'O' - 64g - 21.31m\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe dimensions are:\u003cbr\u003e'P' - 116 x 110 x 110mm\u003cbr\u003e'O' - 116 x 58 x 110mm\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWall mounting is achieved by 2 screws for each letter. The screw holes are countersunk and should accommodate most screws.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e-Update-\u003cbr\u003eFor those with a print bed large enough, I've created a version that is one model rather than the individual letters. You'll need space for 455x110x110mm.
