Its not the prettiest - though it has access for camera and GPIO headers, as well as the extra space required for the heat-sinks.

I also wanted to mount it to my Prusa i3 mk3 - so have added a second top with the holes for mounting the screws.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK3

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

20%

Notes:

Print with open ends upwards - it might benefit from some supports in the holes on the base (But my print was fine)

Post-Printing

Assembly

Its a tight fit, but when printed in PLA, it was flexible enough with slight pressure, I put the side opposite the HDMI connector in place, then stretched the case to get the HDMI connector in place. It is designed to fit pretty tight.rnrnThere are four screw holes that will fit M2/M2.2 screws to hold the case together.rnrnFor mounting on the Prusa i3 mk3, I use the MMU holes in the frame and some of the spare M3 screws - be careful that you dont use ones that are too long as you may short out the GPIO pins if you do - always assemble when unpowered and check before powering. The screws go in from the front of the frame and then hold the case against the back of the frame and they will connect up.

Category: 3D Printer Accessories
Design by Dee Ghoti on MakerWorld (license: BY).

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0987/0809/5280/files/0_159daf12-f598-4410-817d-2909ee76c99a.jpg?v=1784006497
