Top\u003c\/a\u003e and I needed a case for it, so I have produced some variations in the hope someone else finds them useful.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAs it is not obvious and to hopefully help someone, the official heat sink and fan fit between the Pi 5 and the HatDrive! Top if you fit the screw on the underside and the nut thing on top.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis case has a basic and wall mountable variant. There are also different lid options available that give access to the GPIOs and also support a 25mm fan.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eRequired Components\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e4x M2.5 plastic inserts (M3 also work)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e4x M2.5x6 screws and washers for the case top (or M3x6)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e4x M2.5x8 screws and washers for connecting the case to the Pi\/HatDrive\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe following parts are optional if you are using a lid supporting a fan:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e25mm fan with correct plug for Raspberry Pi 5\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e4x M2 plastic inserts\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e4x M2x16 screws and washers (length may vary due to fan size, this worked for me)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003ch4\u003ePrinting\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe prepared Bambu profile is pre-configured. If not using a fan, delete the fan cover from the first plate and the base you do not want and print that plate, then delete all the lids you do not want from the second plate and print your lid.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eAssembly\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eStart by assembling the Pineberry HatDrive! Top and Raspberry Pi 5. Note that this is your last chance to attach a small heat sink with thermal glue before everything is installed, please check the clearance of the heat sink to the hat before it is fixed permanently.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDo not use the screws that connect the Raspberry Pi 5 to the stands as we will be using the M2.5x8 screws for this later to attach it to the base.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cfigure class=\"table\"\u003e\u003ctable\u003e\u003ctbody\u003e\n\u003ctr\u003e\n\u003ctd\u003eInstall the inserts into the upper holes in the four corners where the lid is attached.\u003c\/td\u003e\n\u003ctd\u003e\u003cfigure class=\"image\"\u003e\u003cimg src=\"https:\/\/makerworld.bblmw.com\/makerworld\/draft\/663998\/2024-03-01_1qq3bzlk1s9n.png\"\u003e\u003c\/figure\u003e\u003c\/td\u003e\n\u003c\/tr\u003e\n\u003ctr\u003e\n\u003ctd\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGently insert the assembled unit into the case. This step may appear a little tight but with gentle wiggling and care it will go in easily.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBe careful of the button on the back of the Pi, and the LEDs on the back of the HatDrive!
