The inner part of the bearing has a lower height than the outer, allowing for easier attachment to other parts.

The holes in the inner part of the bearing are designed for threaded inserts for 3mm screws.

The holes in the outer part of the bearing are designed directly for 3mm screws with a cutout for a 3mm nut for secure attachment.

The bearing has little play and backlash and has so far withstood 7kg of mass being rotated. (printed in PLA).

The bearing isn’t designed to handle high speeds, but maybe it works, so go for it.

Important for printing and assembly:

Size of the bearing cylinders should be 102%-103,75% scaled, you can test what works for your printer and filament. The .3mf file has it set to 103%.

After printing smooth out seams with sandpaper or whatever is available.

Make sure the build plate is clean or add bed adhesion for the bearing cylinders.

This print has only been tested in PLA.

When assembling: (look at images for reference)

Add m3 nuts to the holes that you want to use for attaching the 2 parts together.
