PLA should also work, but will be more brittle.  PLA+\/Tough PLA would be more appropriate for this design if using PLA. Shown printed in cloudy white PETG.  If you want to be really \u003ci\u003ereally\u003c\/i\u003e sure, go for something like polycarbonate or reinforced nylon, but this is probably overkill.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRecommend using 5-6 perimeters for strength.  Note that if you don't use enough perimeters or strong printing settings, the part of the model which undergoes the most force is this area pictured in my destruction test.
