Remember to calibrate the ironing first for your specific filament and color, because ironing can be a bit iffy at times. The print profile uses 30mm\/s as ironing speed and a flow rate of 25%. If your ironing calibration gives you different numbers, it is advised to adapt the settings in Bambu Studio.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThere's a picture of the 2 pieces glued together, without any further post processing. If not, you may need to sand it a bit for a better fit.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAdd glue to the pins and to the surfaces, and push the pieces together. I used super glue, which works well for PLA, but other types of glue work as well. Choose glue that works with the material your print this in.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003ch3\u003eFinishing touches\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUse filler to make the seam blend in, and gently sand it down, making sure not to ruin the fuzzy skin texture on the model. The seam is mostly visible in the front, so just finishing that part already makes it look a lot better. Applying painters tape before the filler can help not to get too much on the textured area. Epoxy kit or kneadable wood filler work well for this.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eApply a primer suitable for plastic (2 or 3 thin coats should do if you're using a spray on primer, for other primers, follow the instructions)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePaint in your favorite toilet roll cloud color ;-)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eoptionally, add a varnish\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003ch3\u003eMounting\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe cloud has 3 holes for a screw or small hook.
