简介:这是一台主要使用3D打印零件组装的 拍摄135胶卷宽幅(24×65mm)可定位可计数可对焦胶片相机。可以通过3D打印转接板转接4×5大画幅相机后组拍摄。

除金属固定件、豆腐刀和磨砂亚克力对焦屏以外全部3D打印,结构坚固且足够简单,适合普通FDM工艺3D打印。pla,petg等等材料都可以。如果您没有打印机的话也可以把模型文件发给接代3D打印的商家(主意一定要是熔融挤出成型的打印工艺,纯黑色哑光材料,不可用光固化!),各部件打印摆放方式和切片设置详见文件夹里面的打印说明,如果您不了解3D打印的话,打印设置不可轻易更改,如果要发给代打印的商家也请着重提醒!

手拧过片,机械计数,标准36张的35mm胶卷可拍20-22张24×65mm尺寸的宽幅照片。

打印机精度有差异。如果齿轮间隙太大咬不住的话可以试试单独打印齿轮,增加挤出量(相当于整体膨胀一层)!


使用调焦筒+磨砂对焦屏进行对焦,后背可拆卸更换,可换对焦屏对好焦再拍或者标注对焦刻度再估焦拍摄。后背有豆腐刀,后背结构设计严格把关,拒绝漏光!

 

目前可适配镜头(宽幅适合用广角镜,必须大/中画幅带镜间快门的镜头,皮腔机拆机镜头也可以):
1、施耐德47mm的几颗经典广角镜:super angulon 47mm F8(我用的是一颗派宝69快拍机拆机镜头),super angulon47mm F5.6,

2、施耐德47XL专用机身。
3、中画幅皮腔机或双反的75mm/105mm镜头(对焦方式:3D打印调焦筒+自带的调焦筒(如果有的话)),
4、选用百搭机身+对应法兰距范围的猪嘴可以适配几乎所有0号或00号快门的中大画幅镜头。
5、选用玛米亚新闻机卡口特制机身+cnc铝合金卡口可以转接所有玛米亚新闻机镜头。(镜头卡口不能做3D打印,因为对材料强度要求高,cnc铝合金卡口套件可以直接找“藕可米”购买成品。

打印说明(详见附件):
1、为避免老化开裂的漏光,胶卷后背主体部分请选用高密度填充打印(60%以上)!
2、主题部分零件的打印材料必须是全黑色塑料,反光不要太强的,不要用过于粗糙的磨砂材质,推荐彩格的黑色pla耗材。
3、平面.dwg设计图我放在单独的文件夹,一个不锈钢金属片插刀,一个磨砂亚克力塑料板(必须是单面磨砂)。把平面图文件提交给淘宝定制商家定做切割,亚克力板结构简单,直接说70×33mm的长方形尺寸就行。
磨砂亚克力板厚度2mm,插刀厚度0.2mm。两种定制零件推荐下面这两家淘宝店:

This series of 3D-printed film cameras is my original design. The purpose of open-sourcing is to better demonstrate the practical significance and value of technological innovation.  

All film photography enthusiasts are welcome to freely print and assemble their own wide-format film cameras. The process is very simple, and video tutorials will be released on Bilibili. Suggestions for improvements and shared results are also highly appreciated.

**Introduction:**  
This is a primarily 3D-printed camera designed for shooting 135 film in a wide format (24×65mm). It features film positioning, automatically frame counting, and focusing capabilities. It can also be adapted to be used on a 4×5 large-format camera back with a 3D-printed mounting plate(also included in the model files) .  

Except for metal fasteners, the dark slide, and the frosted acrylic ground glass, all parts are 3D-printed. The structure is sturdy and simple, suitable for standard FDM 3D printing. Materials like PLA or PETG work well. If you don’t own a 3D printer, you can send the model files to a printing service (*ensure they use fused deposition modeling (FDM) with matte black, non-reflective material—no resin printing!*). For printing orientation and slicer settings, refer to the instructions in the folder. *Not all files need to be printed!* 
Considering the particularity of the detailed printing tutorial, I did not make an English translation version of it. Please use translation software and combine images to understand.

*If you’re unfamiliar with 3D printing, avoid altering the settings. 
*If using a printing service, emphasize these requirements and DONOT change them.  

**Features:**  
- Manual film advance with mechanical frame counting.  
- A standard 36-exposure 35mm film roll yields 20~22 wide-format (24×65mm) shots.  
- Focusing is achieved via a focusing tube and a frosted focusing screen. The removable back allows for focusing screen swaps or marked distance scales for zone focusing.  
- The back includes a dark slide , and the design ensures no light leaks.  

**Compatible Lenses (wide-angle lenses are recommended for wide-format; must be medium/large-format lenses with leaf shutters; lenses from bellows cameras also work):**  
1. Schneider’s classic 47mm wide-angle lenses:  
  - Super Angulon 47mm F8 (I used one from a Paxette 69 snapshot camera).  
  - Super Angulon 47mm F5.6.  
2.Schneider super angulon 47 XL: please choose the specialized main body for printing.
3. 75mm/105mm lenses from medium-format bellows cameras or TLRs (*focusing method: 3D-printed focusing tube + the vary inside-focusing tube*).  
4. Universal body + corresponding flange distance adapters can fit almost all medium/large-format lenses with No. 0 or 00 shutters(flange between 65~160mm)
5. Custom Mamiya Press camera mount body + CNC aluminum mount adapters can fit all Mamiya Press lenses (*3D-printed mounts are unsuitable due to material strength requirements; purchase CNC aluminum adapters from "藕可米"*):

**Printing Instructions:**  
1. To prevent light leaks from aging or cracking, print the film back body with high infill density (60% or higher).  
2. Main parts must be printed in solid black, low-reflectivity plastic. Avoid overly rough textures. Black PLA or PETG are recommended.
3. For the .dwg design files (a stainless steel dark slide and a frosted acrylic plate as ground glass*must be single-side frosted*), submit them to Taobao custom shops for laser cutting. The acrylic plate is a simple 70×33mm rectangle.  (For overseas enthusiasts, you can have the required parts custom-made by local workshops.)

  - Frosted acrylic thickness: 2mm.  
  - Dark slide thickness: 0.2mm.

4. Sticker printing settings:(Print on 4*6 inch adhesive-backed  paper;does not support border printing(no cropping or scaling allowed).
