How long does fulfillment take?

Most products are made to order. Production usually takes 1-3 business days, then standard delivery is 3-5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4-8 business days of being placed. We ship within the United States only. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Are these mass-produced imports?

No. Items are 3D printed for your order in our production workflow — not bulk-imported generic goods.

What materials do you use?

Primarily high-quality PLA and PETG. Specialty materials are used when a design requires them.

Can I request a color?

Yes. Leave a note at checkout. We will match your request when stock and production timing allow; otherwise we use a clean default color.

Do you sell digital design files?

No. We sell finished physical products only, not STL or 3MF downloads.

What is your return policy?

Because items are custom-printed, we accept returns for defective products only - items that arrive damaged, broken, or that do not match what you ordered because of a manufacturing or fulfillment error. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. If we confirm the defect, we will issue a refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and we do not offer exchanges.
