Adjustable Skadis phone mount
I use an old phone with Alfred camera app to monitor my printing progress when away. I needed something that was small, mountable to my Ikea Skadis board, and adjustable in different angles. Unfortunately, none of the existing models fitted all my criteria, so I decided to have a go at it myself. I mixed and edited some of the things I found, and finally came up with this neat little thingamajig.
Hopefully, some of you will find this as useful as I do. Feel free to remix any of the components to match your own needs. I would love to see what alternative uses you can come up with.
- Printed on Ender 5 pro
- Poly maker polyterra pla white
- Layer hight 0.26, bolt and top_clip 0.16
- Wall thickness for screw parts 2mm
- Infill 25%
- supports: minimal supports needed for orange and green part only.
Note: Im fairly new to fdm printing and still fiddling around with slicer settings. These are the settings I used, and it turned out good. Although, Im not sure how durable the screw parts will be in the long run. A higher infill might be stronger. More experienced people, probably have far better settings than the ones mentioned above.
