Broom Dustpan Clip 3/4" Handle

I had a broom & dustpan set that I wanted to keep with a squeegee-type broom, so I use 2 of these clips to attach the ¾" handles together.  The clip is designed to fit snug on a 0.74" rod, it is too small for PVC, you would need to scale up to approximately 115% for that.
