Cable/PFTE clip for A1 (mini) or Kobra 3

I wanted to make the smallest cable/PTFE clip while still making it strong and easy to print on a normal-size nozzle. It probably works on almost any 3D printer, but I tested it with my A1 mini and my Kobra 3.
