Chauvet ColorDASH Batten Quad Linear Joining Plate
This is a simple alignment bracket I created for the Chauvet COLORdash Batten Quad 6 to create a linear pixel bar effect with 18 of the fixtures.
I had previously tried to create lines of these fixtures but couldn't find a way to effectively align them in a way that was easy and reliable.
By using 2 chassis screws on each side of a fixture, I printed a custom bracket that snaps onto the fixtures and screws into place, aligning the fixtures and pressing them together slightly. There are also holes to allow for better fixture ventilation.
I've found that this can hold multiple fixtures off a single mounting point. However, I would not trust the bracket long term, and would add a safety cable to each flown light.
Originally printed in draft mode with PLA for speed and reliability, but I would suggest switching to PETG for a material better suited for this task.
No hardware needed for install other than what is included with the fixtures.
This model has not been tested with the ColorDASH Batten Quad 12, but based off drawings it should fit.
