Contour Gauge

In addition to the 3d printed parts, you will also need:

• 2 - knurled knobs m6 x 10mm
• 2 - m6 nuts

Print

• 1 base
• 1 top (10mm or 19mm thread length of knob)
• 53 x pin

The pins should be printed flat for maximum strength.  I printed 60 and had a few spares  

The top should be printed with the two cones (or top) on the build plate.  The 10mm knob version will not require supports and be sure to use v2 or later.  The 19mm knob will require supports.  This will ensure the top surface finish for the section that will pinch the pins will be smooth. 

The base should be printed with the nuts on the underside.  Most printers should be able to bridge the gaps and you shouldn't need supports.
