Create standing layered text signs with a large back text and an optional front text layer.

This generator is designed for making multi-part text models that are easy to print without AMS.
The different parts can be printed separately in different colors, making it a practical option for clean multi-color results without needing automatic filament switching.

It can be used for names, short quotes, shelf decor, desk signs, statement words, and decorative text pieces.
You can also disable the front layer entirely and use it as a single-text generator.

Note: This model is designed for multi-part printing without AMS. After importing the model into Bambu Studio, use “Split to objects” to separate the back, front, and optional base before assigning colors.

Features

  • Large back text with adjustable font, spacing, outline, and color
  • Optional front text layer with separate font and color
  • Designed for multi-part printing without AMS
  • Adjustable front text size ratio
  • Optional backplate behind the front text
  • Optional front text rotation and placement offsets
  • Optional support base or flat-bottom cut for standing models
  • Works both as a layered text generator and as a single-text generator
  • Separate-part friendly setup for easier color changes in the slicer

Notes

  • This generator is made with non-AMS multi-color printing in mind.
  • part_gap = 0.05 is recommended if you want to split the model into parts in the slicer.
  • Some script fonts may need manual adjustment with front_x_offset, front_y_offset, or front_first_char_x_offset.
  • If recess_depth = 0, the front text sits on top of the back part without a recess.
  • front_backplate_enabled can help support delicate front text shapes.
  • Different fonts behave differently, so some combinations may need a little tuning.
