Fidget Clicker Wheel Mini

This fidget toy that can be rotated with one hand unconsciously. The click feeling of the Fidget Clicking Wheel 2.0  is retained in a smaller size.
 

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA, PETG
• Layer height: 0.15 - 0.20mm
• Supports: no
• Perimeters: 2

Assembly: 
0. print a total of 4 parts: ‘Case_M’, ‘Case_F’, ‘SpringFrame’ and 'Wheel_20T'. 
 

1. Put the ‘Wheel_20T’ onto the 'case_M' part and check its rotation. if rotation feels stiff, use a file to trim as necessary. 
 

3. Snap-on the opposite side of the 'case_F'.
 

Note:

• In my case with slicer, layer heights above 0.28mm, the spring clearance lost are do not function.
• Do not use Matte PLA, Silk PLA, as they have weak layer adhesion and can break with snap-on.
