Karate belt hanger

Created a Karate Belt Hanger in OnShape (model) using the Karate belt hanger from richmitch as significant inspiration. This version supports longer karate belts without being too wide or creating artifacts from stretching the model to a custom size.

Supports belts ~1.5in (40mm) wide, tested with up to 100in (254cm) length. 

Changes from original model:

• Increased base length (200mm)
• Reduced base width (50mm)
• Slightly increased distance between the pegs and the body
