Locking Stand - Dummy 13

Changed up the base. I modeled a new round base to add some weight for added stability when manipulating the Dummy.

Changed the infill to Gyroid as I usually have better luck getting a successful print with it. I Suggest you use PETG for the Print. From what commenters have mentioned, PLA is not the way to go
