Milwaukee Battery Rack M18 - 1, 2, 3 and 4 Bays

Wall or ceiling mounted battery rack to suit Milwaukee M18v batteries.

Updated 2025 - These will also fit the 8Ah Forge batteries, Thanks to chefencore for testing this out. If you are using the standard M18 batteries, these will have just a little more space between them. Also made some small optimizations to improve quality when printing vertical.

I recommend printing these standing up as pictured, I can fit 6 double racks upright in my X1 Carbon.

Available in single, double, triple or quad. The quad is too large for X1c printers but the OBJ is available.

When printed vertical there no support needed. If you are printing it flat a small amount of support needed in the slot,

Printed in PLA and mounted in my work truck, have been working well for over 2 years so far. Have also printed in ABS and PETG with great success. I use 3 walls and 8% infill. If printing in ABS or you struggle with bed adhesion you might want to think about a brim.
