This is a no-drill solution for mounting a curtain rod between two opposing outside corners of a room. Designed specifically for unusual architectural layouts where traditional tension rods or straight curtain rods will not work.

• Adjustable Angle Joints: The integrated hinge joints on each mount allow the curtain rod to be positioned at any angle, accommodating wall corners that are not perfectly parallel or perpendicular.
• Robust Clamping Mechanism: The 3D printed screw-and-plate system provides a strong, reliable hold, ensuring the curtain stays in place without damaging the wall surface.

Assembly & Printing:

• Printing: Print all parts using a durable material like PETG or ABS for maximum strength and layer adhesion. Use a high infill percentage (e.g., 50-70%) to ensure rigidity.
• Required Hardware: The only non-printed part you will need is a 16mm diameter aluminum tube. You will need to cut it to the exact length of the direct distance between the two corners, minus the space occupied by the clamps.
• Assembly: Insert the hinge joints into the main clamp body. Insert the pipe into the hinge joints. Then, tighten the 3D printed screws to expand the clamps and secure the entire system between the corners.
