This fully parametric tool allows you to create high-quality, professional alphabet beads with an optional Anti-Spin dual-hole system. Whether you are making jewelry, bag tags, or paracord accessories, these beads are designed for a perfect finish every time.

Key Features

  • 12 Designer Fonts: Optimized for 3D printing, from chunky playful styles to sleek modern looks.
  • Anti-Spin Technology: Choose the Dual-Hole option to run two parallel strings through the bead, locking the letter in an upright position.
  • One-Swap Dual Color: The geometry is aligned so that the printer finishes the entire base before starting the letters. This results in exactly one filament change for the entire print.
  • Customizable Bead Shapes: Choose between Circle, Square, or a "Bubble" style that follows the unique outline of the character.

How to Customize

  1. Text: Enter your word in the User_Text box. The model automatically centers the grid on your build plate.
  2. Hole Settings:
    1. Horizontal: Best for bracelets and keychains.
    2. Vertical: Best for vertical hanging tags or "ladder" style weaves.
    3. Dual Hole: Adjust the Dual_Hole_Spacing to match your cord thickness.
  3. Bead Depth: Choose from Compact (0.5"), Statement (1.0"), or Oversized (2.0").

Printing Instructions

  • Filament Change: If you are using a single-nozzle printer (like the A1 or P1P) without an AMS, simply add a "Pause" or "Filament Change" command in your slicer where the base ends at Layer 62.
  • Layer Height: Recommended 0.20mm for the best balance of speed and detail.

Pro-Tip for Thin Letters

When using Vertical holes with thin characters like 'I' or 'j', use the Circle or Square bead style. This ensures there is enough material around the string path to maintain strength.

Commercial Use Allowed

Once again, I'm putting this model as commercial use allowed! Go ahead and print all the letters and numbers in all the sizes. Sell them online or in person. I only ask that you not sell the digital stl files.
