Custom Razor MX650 tail light mount designed to hold an oval LED light ring for improved rear visibility and a clean custom look. This bracket is ideal for the Razor MX650, RazorMX500.

This model provides a solid angled mounting platform and includes:

• Main MX650 rear light bracket
• Lower mounting base support
• Oval LED ring holder

⚠️ Important:
You may need to design or print your own adapter piece to properly connect your specific LED outer light ring to this mount. LED strips and oval rings vary in thickness and diameter, so minor customization may be required for a secure fit.

Recommended Print Settings

For strength and vibration resistance on a dirt bike, do NOT print this lightweight.

Material Options:

• PLA (easy to print, good for moderate climates)
• PETG (recommended for higher heat resistance and durability)

Infill:
50–60% (important for vibration resistance)

Layer Height:
0.2 mm

Walls / Perimeters:
3–4 walls minimum

Top/Bottom Layers:
5–6 layers

Infill Pattern:
Gyroid or cubic for balanced strength

Print Orientation:
Print the main bracket flat on its strongest surface to maximize layer bonding along stress lines.
