The Backyard Brawler ( Pool noodle handle )

I made these handles to give those random pool noodles lying around the garage a second life! It’s a super simple project that my son loves. The design is split into two halves that line up perfectly using three small dowels and a bit of super glue.

It’s a quick print and a great way to turn a $2 pool noodle into a backyard Battle-Brawler sword.

How to Put It Together

1. Print: Grab the two handle halves and the alignment dowels.
2. Glue & Snap: Drop a little glue into the holes, pop the dowels in, and snap the two sides together.

3. Play: Twist N Push your pool noodle over the top, It should be a really tight fit. I don't recommend making it permanent by glueing the noodle on, that way you always have the option to replace the noodle if it breaks
   
   !!Quick tips!!

4. Keep it Strong: I recommend using 3 or 4 walls so the handle doesn't snap or crack during a "heated" duel.
5. No Supports: Its that simple!
6. Material: Any PLA you have on hand works fine!
